Why domestic content decides the outcome
In public sector tenders this requirement often decides whether a bid survives at all, regardless of price.

Questions we are asked most
What is TKDN and why is it a requirement?
TKDN is the domestic component level, a measure of how much of a product originates in Indonesia. In public spending it is used to encourage the use of locally made products. A bid below the threshold is eliminated at the administrative check, so it is tested before prices are compared.
What is the TKDN value of DAC products?
It differs between models and can change with the certificate period. That is why no figure appears on this page — what counts is the figure on the certificate valid when your tender runs, and we attach a copy to the quotation.
Are DAC products only for government buyers?
No. Private companies, foundation schools and clinics use them too, usually because the unit price is lower for an equivalent class of device and support is handled locally. The local content requirement only makes them mandatory in part of the public sector.
How does warranty and service work?
Claims are filed through Indosplash and we deal with the principal, the same way Dell products are handled. Warranty term and coverage appear in the quotation because they differ between product lines.
